You're going to be here a while. These are the things that make that easier.
At your site:
- Full hookups — water, sewer, and electric at every space. Electric is included in your rate and not separately metered, so a hot August doesn't turn into a surprise bill.
- Spacious sites — room to get in, get level, and put your slides out without negotiating with your neighbor's awning.
On the property:
- On-site laundry — washers and dryers here, so your day off stays your day off.
- Free Wi-Fi — covering the property. Good enough to stream, call home, and handle what you need to handle.
- Outdoor grills — for when nobody feels like cooking inside.
- Playground — for guests traveling with kids.
- Storm shelter — coming soon. West Texas weather is what it is, and we take that seriously.
The part nobody advertises:
- Quiet hours from 10:00pm to 7:00am, and we enforce them. A lot of our guests work nights or leave before sunrise. A park that stays quiet is worth more than a park with a pool.
- A 5 MPH speed limit and a well-kept property. Simple things, done consistently.
Nearby in Seymour:
You've got groceries, fuel, a hospital, restaurants, and a hardware store in town. Wichita Falls is about an hour east for anything bigger.
